Can you add to your product range?
We are constantly on the lookout for unique and quirky products from around the globe that will complement our range and our ultimate goal (to make people happy!).

How do you determine your pricing?
We set our pricing according to the recommended retail price stipulated by our suppliers. However, if you find an item that is sold cheaper anywhere else in Singapore for some reason, please inform us and we will review on a case-by-case basis.
How can I place an order?
Simply select the items you are interested in and add to your cart, and follow the instructions to make payment and provide delivery details.
Occasionally we do sell our products at fairs and events around Singapore, during which you may also buy our products in person. We will announce such events on our blog and Facebook page.
How can I pay for my order?
All our website orders will have payment options through Paypal, so you can pay via any major credit card, even if you don’t have a Paypal account. It also means that your payment information is kept incredibly secure due to Paypal’s security. Neis Haus does not have any access to your credit card information for all Paypal payments.
In the event you have a preference for another payment method (for example, bank transfer) please do contact us and we will be happy to work it out with you.
What currency are your prices in?
All of our prices are displayed in Singapore Dollars (SGD), and all payments will be made in Singapore Dollars.
Do you sell your products at wholesale rates?
In addition to being an online store, we also do supply some of our products to other Singapore retailers.
Please contact us if you are a retailer interested in selling some of our products.
What is your exchange / returns policy?
In the unlikely event that you find the product does not meet your expectations, please contact our team within 7 days of receipt, and we will advise what can be done.
As some of our products may be in contact with food after purchase, we cannot accept returns on such items. However please do contact us so we can better understand any issues and work out a way to resolve the matter.
What are the shipping costs?
For Singapore deliveries, we offer three delivery methods – SingPost regular mail (no tracking provided, and signing is not required during delivery), SingPost registered mail (the package is given a tracking number, and someone is required to sign to receive delivery), or door-to-door courier delivery (driver will contact you prior to delivery, someone must be present to receive the package). For orders with Apiwraps included, we offer free local delivery, via regular SingPost (no tracking). If you prefer an order with tracking, please select the Registered mail option.
We provide free delivery for purchases over $80. This may be via regular SingPost, registered SingPost or courier depending on the parcel size. If you have a preference for a delivery method, please select this instead.
International deliveries will be charged at a flat rate of $20, and will be sent by registered SingPost mail.
While we do our best to ensure shipping costs are accurate at the time of checkout, Neis Haus reserves the right to adjust shipping charges in accordance with the costs charged by our shipping service providers. In such instances, we will advise you as soon as possible after your order if there are any changes to the shipping fees.
Neis Haus is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Neis Haus is not responsible for additional shipping charges if the package is returned due to an incorrect address, customer absence or package refusal.
Can I change my shipping address after I have completed my order?
If you need to change your shipping address, we suggest you advise us as soon as possible after your order has been completed. If the order has already been dispatched, we will not be able to change the shipping address provided by you during checkout.
If the order has not yet been dispatched, and the new delivery address has a higher delivery fee, you will be required to pay the difference before dispatch. If the change in delivery location is a lower delivery fee, Neis Haus will refund the difference.
Please also be advised that as a signature is required on receipt of your shipment, you will not be able to provide a PO Box or freight forwarding address as your delivery address.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship locally to all areas in Singapore, and provide a flat rate to ship internationally.
For international deliveries, please note that Neis Haus does not charge any taxes or customs fees in your bill, and we are unable to advise if any such charges would be applied to your purchase when it reaches your country of delivery.
When will I receive my order?
Neis Haus aims to dispatch all orders within two Singapore business days of receiving your order. Please note that there may be some delays during peak periods. The actual day of delivery will then depend on delivery method (SingPost or Courier). For SingPost we cannot determine the exact day of delivery, however if you choose Registered mail, you will receive a tracking number to help you track the status of your package. Do note that Regular mail does not provide a tracking number.
Will I need to sign for my delivery?
Our Registered Mail and Courier orders will require a signature upon delivery. On some orders we offer Regular SingPost Mail (for local orders), these do not require a signature upon delivery, however there is also no tracking option available for this delivery method.
